Networks In Motion Executives Available at CTIA 2006 to Discuss First Verizon Phone with Location-Based Services

Location-Based Services (LBS) Innovator Attracts Major Investor While Existing Backers Reaffirm Networks In Motion Mission

What:

Executives from Networks In Motion, an award-winning wireless navigation and location-based services (LBS) company, are available at CTIA 2006 next week to demonstrate Verizon's first GPS-enabled cell phone with real-time LBS navigation services - VZ Navigator by Networks in Motion.

Consumers can purchase the Motorola v325 phone at verizonwireless.com for ($79) and upload VZ Navigator from Verizon's Get It Now! site (http://getitnow.vzwshop.com).

VZ Navigator delivers all the features of an advanced car navigation system such as heads-up, voice-prompted turn-by-turn directions with auto re-routing if you miss a turn, local search of nearly 14 million points of interest in the U.S., and detailed color maps that can be quickly panned and zoomed.

Customers can select from a variety of pricing options, such as $2.99 for one-day use or $9.99 for unlimited monthly use.

VZ Navigator uses the handset's built-in Assisted-GPS and the Verizon data network to deliver outstanding performance.
